How to Order Subtitles on Rev.com

  1. Start a New Order

    • Click “Place New Order” and select “Human Captions.”

    • Do not choose transcripts or AI captions.


  2. Upload Your Video

    • Upload your file (e.g., .mp4) and confirm the runtime.

  3. Keep It Simple at Checkout

    • When selecting options, do not add any of the following:

      • Premium Captions (+$1.50/min)

      • Rush My Order (+$1.25/min)

      • Burned-In Captions (+$0.30/min)

      • Foreign Language Subtitles (+$6.49/min)

    • Leave all those boxes unchecked (as shown with green cross below).


  4. Confirm Output Format

    • Choose SubRip (.srt) as the output file format.

  5. Checkout

    • Your total should reflect only the $1.99/min base rate.

    • Proceed to Checkout to complete your order.
